Blues bow out of cup at semi-finals stage
WINSFORD United have missed out on a place in the final of the Mid-Cheshire Senior Challenge Cup.
Vics defeated Winsford United 1-0 in the semi-final at Barton Stadium last night thanks to a 56th-minute strike from leading scorer Gary Burnett.
Witton Albion and Northwich Victoria will meet in the final, with the date and venue yet to be announced.
