WINSFORD'S men made it back-to-back wins at the start of the South and Mid Cheshire League season, beating Nantwich B away from home last Tuesday.
Chris Knight, Alex Lerczak, Simon Nuttall and Mark Abbiss were on court for a 5-3 victory in the Division Two encounter.
Winsford B went down 7-1 at Tarporley B in Division Four the same evening.
Damian Cookson, Martin Stoilov, Chris Mayoh and Bill Lawrie made up the visitors' quartet.
In Division Five, Winsford C lost narrowly - by 4½-3½ - at home to Nantwich D.
Steve Abbiss, Mike Bee, Steve Harris and Steve McCormack were on duty for the hosts.
On Sunday, Winsford continued a promising start in Mixed Division Two when they whitewashed Alsager at Knights Grange.
Nuttall and Lerczak again teamed up with Jackie Penn and Julia Kimpton.
